Role Snapshot - Crew Success Manager: As the Landscape Maintenance Manager, you'll be at the heart of Green Image, ensuring our managed properties boast a well-manicured appearance. Your role involves overseeing property scheduling, client relations, and providing crucial coaching and support to our team members.
Your Mission:
Scheduling and Dispatching:
Masterfully fit clients into routes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Strategically prevent disasters through critical thinking.
Regularly manage equipment maintenance to set the team up for success.
Residential and Commercial Landscape Maintenance:
Meet clients, solve problems, and explore beautiful properties throughout Victoria.
Provide advice and education, fostering client relationships.
Build connections, share stories, and brighten clients' days with your solutions.
Training and Onboarding:
Drive training and development using the Green Image roadmap.
Be the go-to person for advice and support, visiting job sites and offering guidance.
You're the Ideal Candidate If:

Experience Required:
Proven experience managing, coaching, or organizing events for at least two years.
Building relationships and solving customer problems for over two years.
Experience in scheduling/dispatching and providing estimates is considered an asset.
