Junior Crew Lead
New to the Island, or already have a few seasons of landscaping behind you? Ready for more responsibility? If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you.
The Junior Crew Lead is the step between crew member and Crew Lead. You already have the hard skills — we're not here to teach you how to landscape. What you'll develop with us is running your own routes, managing your time, and learning to lead. You'll start with lighter routes by design, so you have room to find your footing before taking on more.
$25–$32/hr with a transparent scale — you'll know what it takes to level up.
Many of our senior leads and managers started in exactly this role. There's a real path up.
It's the first thing our crew says. We hire good humans, and the friendships tend to stick.
Your time on the road between properties is valued and compensated.
Health and dental after 6 months, plus genuinely flexible vacation and time off.
Summer and Christmas parties, gift cards, jackets and swag.

I was hired with little gardening experience but grew in positions as my knowledge and experience increased. I started working under more experienced employees and now manage several properties of my own.
