Green Image is Victoria's largest landscape maintenance company — 400+ properties, 16 years in business, and a team that genuinely likes working together. We look after all kinds of properties — mostly strata and commercial — plus garden makeovers, big landscaping builds, and irrigation.
Most of our best landscapers started with little to no experience. Some physical or outdoor work and a good attitude was all it took. We train you from the ground up — gardening, mowing, trimming, leadership skills — and eventually you'll be running your own properties. Already have experience? Even better. You'll move up faster.
The before-and-afters are real. You can tangibly see what you accomplished by the end of every day — outside, healthy, clocking well over 10,000 steps, with an organized company and genuinely great people around you. 🌿
- Solid pay, no guessing: $23–$32/hr with a transparent pay scale — you'll know exactly what it takes to hit the next level. No mystery raises.

- Snow & ice removal (winter)
- No prior landscaping experience needed
- Some physical or outdoor work experience
- Good attitude and solid work ethic
- Available 3+ weekdays/week in fall/winter
- Works well in a team and independently
- Genuine love for being outside
- Lead a crew of 1–2 daily
- Ensure routes meet Green Image standards
- Build positive client relationships
- Collaborate with Operations Manager
- Mowing, pruning, planting, mulching
- Valid BC driver's licence
- 2–3 years landscaping experience
- 1+ year leading a small crew
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Strong communicator
- Oversee crew scheduling & dispatch
- Manage client relationships across Victoria
- Train and onboard new team members
- Support crew on-site, solve problems
- Collaborate with ownership on growth
- 2+ years managing or coaching a team
- 2+ years in a client-facing role
- Scheduling or dispatch experience an asset

I was hired with little gardening experience but grew in positions as my knowledge and experience increased. I started working under more experienced employees and now manage several properties of my own.
Starting at the lowest level only knowing how to mow lawns, I've learned so much. Line trimming, mulching, pruning, complex ladder hedging — skills I'll use for the rest of my life. The team always has good vibes and everyone is so friendly.
Great group to work with. The pay is good so long as you put effort into the job. Management listens to staff and makes changes based on feedback. Good hours, good equipment.
