- You've got 4+ months of hard physical outdoor work behind you, official job or not
- You show up, work hard, and are easy to have on a crew
- You genuinely love being outside and getting your hands dirty
Starting at the lowest level only knowing how to mow lawns, I've learned so much. Line trimming, mulching, pruning, complex ladder hedging — skills I'll use for the rest of my life. The team always has good vibes and everyone is so friendly.
